Production Factory Operatives

About the role
We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing clients in St Leonards. The role involves a variety of tasks across different factory departments, offering a dynamic environment for those who enjoy hands‑on work.
Key responsibilities
- Work on manufacturing lines, pack orders and assemble products.
- Operate various machines and equipment.
- Perform standing and floor work, including occasional heavy lifting.
- Adhere to the company’s Health and Safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and take initiative when required.
Required profile
- Factory or machine experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational abilities and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good time‑keeping and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking attitude.
- Availability for shift patterns (6 am, 2 pm, 10 pm) and possible rotation.
Required skills
What we offer
- Full training provided.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71‑£14.61.
- Shift work Monday‑Friday with optional overtime and weekend shifts.
