Production Line Operator – Bottling

About the role

AAK is seeking a motivated Production Line Operator to join its bottling team at the Hull site, the UK’s largest edible‑oil refinery. Working on a two‑shift schedule, you will help deliver high‑quality bottled products safely, efficiently and in line with customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bottling equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Set up production lines, monitor throughput and adjust parameters to meet daily production targets.
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintain housekeeping and food‑hygiene standards.
• Support maintenance activities, changeovers and line‑loss investigations.
• Record production data accurately and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the daily production plan is achieved.

Required profile

• Reliable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in food or edible‑oil processing.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and continuous‑improvement practices.

Required skills

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot bottling machinery.
• Basic understanding of health‑safety and food‑hygiene regulations.
• Capability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
