Production Manager – Brewing Operations

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day brewing operations at a fast‑growing, award‑winning craft brewery. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and delivering high‑quality beer while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee brewing and packaging schedules to meet production targets.
- Lead and develop the production team, ensuring health, safety and food‑safety compliance.
- Manage raw‑material inventory and coordinate supply chain activities.
- Work closely with senior management to optimise brewery performance and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality standards and drive quality‑management processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial brewery or alcohol production.
- Background in production, operations or management within an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of quality and food‑safety standards.
