Production Operations Operative – Hinckley

About the role
We are looking for a Production Operations Operative to join our Hinckley site on an immediate 3‑to‑6‑month contract. The role involves working on alternating day shifts, supporting the manufacturing line and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Set up, operate and monitor production machinery.
- Maintain high quality standards and meet customer delivery targets.
- Drive the forklift (FLT) when required.
- Perform manual handling tasks and other duties as directed by the shift manager.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a production environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car.
