About the role
Acorn by Synergie is seeking Production Operatives to support a well‑established manufacturer in South Petherton. The position offers flexible, ad‑hoc shifts across days, twilight and nights, allowing you to fit work around your lifestyle while earning competitive hourly rates.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent product quality.
- Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify, report and help resolve faults or inefficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with a fast‑paced production team to meet targets.
