Production Operative – Full-time Permanent (Day Shift)

About the role

Join Pilgrim’s Europe as a Production Operative in Anwick, working in a temperature‑controlled environment on a day‑shift schedule. You will be part of a team that keeps the production line running smoothly while following guidance from team and section leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with other operatives and supervisory staff to meet production targets.
• Follow instructions from the Team Leader and report to the Section Leader.
• Perform repetitive movements and stand for extended periods while maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure the work area remains clean and complies with temperature‑control requirements.
• Assist with basic line set‑up and product handling as needed.

Required profile

• Reliability and punctuality for a rotating 2‑week shift pattern.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety procedures.
