Production Operative (Injection Mould)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our injection moulding team. You will work on the manufacture of medical components, operating specialised equipment on a rotating shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection moulding and fabrication machinery.
• Assist in the production of medical‑grade components, following strict quality standards.
• Perform assembly tasks, ensuring parts fit specifications and SOPs are adhered to.
• Handle raw materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products and document results.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical sector.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills and work overtime when required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
