Production Operative

About the role

We are seeking reliable Production Operatives for a permanent position at a friendly, family‑oriented manufacturing client in Hartley Wintney. The role offers extensive training, development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a variety of materials on the production line.
• Operate different types of machinery safely and efficiently.
• Use power tools and hand tools as required.
• Measure components accurately using tape measures and other measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and follow strict work instructions.
• Travel to the site using your own vehicle.

Required profile

• Ability to read tape measures and understand basic measurements.
• Comfort with following detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to drive to the workplace.
