Production Operative

About the role

We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our manufacturing site on the outskirts of Dover. The role is full‑time, permanent and works on a 4‑on/4‑off rotating shift pattern, offering both day and night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output.
• Load and unload materials, stack and pack finished goods.
• Perform quality control checks and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Reliable, disciplined team player with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit for a hands‑on, active role.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own transport preferred (car share available).
