Production Operative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join the moulding department of a leading seat‑cushion and pillow manufacturer. The role is hands‑on and physically demanding, requiring you to operate moulding equipment and help meet daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate moulding machines to produce seat cushions and pillows.
• Load raw materials, monitor the moulding process and ensure product consistency.
• Inspect finished items for defects and verify quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of moulding equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area tidy.
• Assist with packaging and preparation of products for shipment when needed.

Required profile

• Good physical fitness and stamina; able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, warm industrial environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team‑oriented with clear communication skills.
