Production Operative

About the role

Join a fast‑paced manufacturing team producing popular non‑alcoholic beverages for a global brand. You will work on a rotating shift pattern in a safe, quality‑focused environment, supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in line with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production output, report faults or anomalies, and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and uphold quality requirements.
• Escalate any non‑conformances and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
• Own transport to accommodate flexible shift patterns.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
