Production Operative

About the role
We are seeking Production Operatives to join a panel manufacturing team in Marden, Kent. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, sand, finish, label and package panels.
- Assist with material preparation and weigh raw materials.
- Carry out plant cleaning and stock counting.
- Pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Perform manual handling tasks while meeting production deadlines.
Required profile
- Ability to handle repetitive manual work safely and accurately.
- Own transport is essential due to shift timings and location.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety boots.
- Available to start immediately and work the full shift pattern.
Required skills
- Sanding and finishing of panels.
- Labeling and packaging.
- Material weighing and preparation.
- Plant cleaning and stock counting.
- Manual handling.
