Production Operative

About the role

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Production Operative for its well‑established site at The Docks in Sharpness, Gloucestershire. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in groundwork or other physically demanding environments who are ready to work on a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Load machinery with packaging materials.
• Palletise finished goods for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment through general housekeeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role (advantageous).
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to carry out hands‑on, manual tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious and hardworking attitude.

What we offer

• Starting rate of £13.00‑£13.50 per hour.
• 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑4:00 pm.
