About the role
We are looking for a reliable Production Operative to join our kitchen team in Bicester. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients according to set recipes, ensuring a smooth flow of production from Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients following detailed recipes.
- Handle and lift ingredient bags up to 25 kg safely.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
Required profile
- Good understanding of spoken and written English.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy bags.
- Reliability and punctuality for a full‑time schedule.
