Production Operative – Letchworth

About the role
We are looking for a Production Operative to join a ten‑person team in Letchworth Garden City. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, within a company that manufactures electrical equipment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble electrical equipment according to detailed drawings.
- Perform electrical wiring and soldering tasks as required.
- Follow health and safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Required profile
- Ideally some production or manufacturing experience.
- GCSE or higher qualification in physics, science or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
- Friendly team player who can work well in a collaborative environment.
