Production Operative – Manufacturing Plant

About the role
Kronospan Ltd is seeking Production Operatives for its Chirk manufacturing facility in Wales. This is a full‑time, 4‑on‑4‑off shift role (06:00‑18:00 & 18:00‑06:00) supporting the production of wood‑based panel boards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain efficient output.
- Ensure high production standards and product quality.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively within the 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern.
Required profile
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to develop skills on the job.
Required skills
- Mechanical engineering principles.
- Electrical engineering principles.
