Production Operative – Manufacturing Workshop

About the role
We are seeking a Production Operative to join a leading bespoke manufacturer in Sevenoaks. The role can be full‑time (Monday‑Friday 8:30‑17:00) or part‑time (8:30‑12:30) and offers a supportive environment with training and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain sample stock levels.
- Produce new product samples, including cutting, sanding and finishing.
- Label and prepare samples for dispatch.
- Carry out basic equipment maintenance and daily safety checks.
- Keep the workshop clean, organised and safe.
- Assist with additional workshop tasks as required.
Required profile
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, carpentry or similar practical environment.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Driver preferred due to location.
