Production Operative – Night Shift (Liquids)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced cosmetics manufacturing facility as a Production Operative on the night shift. No prior experience is required – full training and personal protective equipment are provided. You will work in a clean, partially automated environment producing world‑famous liquid products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate machines from 10 PM to 6 AM (Mon‑Thu) and 7 PM to 1:30 AM (Fri) to keep the line running smoothly.
• Ensure high‑quality output throughout the production process.
• Follow production schedules and instructions precisely.
• React quickly to any equipment issues and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet output targets.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and use initiative.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with good English comprehension.
• Ability to operate equipment after training.
