About the role
Join a global automotive manufacturer as a Production Operative, working on a busy robot‑driven production line in Newton Aycliffe. You will help keep the line running smoothly across three rotating shifts, ensuring products meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery on a high‑pace production line.
- Perform quality checks and label finished products accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety directives.
- Follow standard operating procedures and report any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with flexibility to work days, backs or nights.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Required skills
- Machinery operation.
