Production Operative – Temporary Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Production Operative to join our Newbury workshop on a short‑term basis. The role involves hands‑on work in a busy manufacturing environment, with an immediate start and a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare materials for the manufacturing process.
• Carry out finishing processes such as taping, drilling, sanding, cutting and scraping.
• Conduct quality checks and ready finished products for dispatch.
• Pack goods safely and accurately for shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.

Required profile

• Practical, hands‑on approach to work.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a production or workshop setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
