Production Operative – Warehouse (Felling)

About the role
We are hiring Production Operatives for a fast‑paced warehouse in Felling. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided – and you will work on a production line hitting daily and weekly targets.
Key responsibilities
- Check incoming goods and verify quality.
- Search for, pick and compile stock orders.
- Pack items securely for dispatch.
- Maintain production line flow and meet output targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Follow Health & Safety regulations throughout the site.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Friendly, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and good communication.
- Attention to detail.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71.
- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:00 pm (37.5 hrs/week).
- Training and development on the job.
