Production Operator – 4 on 3 off Rotating Days & Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join a rapidly growing manufacturing business in St Albans. You will operate automated and semi‑automated packaging equipment on a rotating days and nights shift pattern (4 days on, 3 days off) while ensuring production targets, quality, safety and compliance are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi‑automated packaging machinery.
• Achieve daily production targets and maintain output quality.
• Follow health, safety and compliance procedures at all times.
• Monitor equipment performance, report faults and assist with basic maintenance.
• Work the rotating shift schedule, including days and nights.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment.
• Experience operating automated or semi‑automated machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based setting.
