Production Operator – Flexible Shifts & Training

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Production Operators to join a globally recognised manufacturing company in Petersfield. No prior experience is required – you will receive full training and support to start your career in a modern, safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Pack products and prepare items for shipment
• Label and cap items according to specifications
• Palletise goods and manage warehouse flow
• Perform general manual‑handling and warehouse tasks
• Follow clear processes and adhere to quality and safety standards (GMP)
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high‑quality products

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work full‑time (5 days a week)
• Over 18 years of age
• Looking for a long‑term, entry‑level career
• Ideal for college leavers, students or recent graduates
