Production Operator – Manufacturing & Assembly (Day/Night Shifts)

About the role

Join a leading life‑science manufacturer in Newquay as a Production Operator. No prior experience is required – you will receive full training to work on the production line of essential medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet strict standards.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and support team targets.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and spoken English and basic maths.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns, including day, night, 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts.
• Own transport is essential for commuting to the site.
