Production Planner

About the role

Designer Parfums is seeking a Production Planner to own end‑to‑end production and materials planning for a portfolio of fragrance brands. You will ensure that finished goods, components and raw materials are available to meet commercial demand, launch calendars and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Coordinate schedules with manufacturers and contract fillers, ensuring adherence to timelines and service levels.
• Create new SKUs and Bills of Materials for innovation projects, guaranteeing master‑data accuracy.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers, driving performance, quality and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor inventory health, reduce obsolescence and proactively mitigate out‑of‑stock risks.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders and Production Orders in SAP, and lead Netstock implementation for stock management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production or materials planning within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate forecasts into actionable production schedules.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
