Production Scheduler – 12‑month contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Scheduler to join a leading aerospace manufacturer on a 12‑month contract. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of aircraft part commodities, ensuring production targets are met while supporting cost and delivery objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support operations to deliver all aircraft part commodities on schedule and within cost targets.
• Collaborate with multifunctional project teams to improve business performance and resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Provide operational support to achieve financial man‑hours per set.
• Anticipate rate changes, manage risks and opportunities, and adapt to production changes with agility.
• Deploy the Airbus Operating System (AOS) across relevant areas.
• Maintain strong interfaces with Airbus Procurement and Logistics Service Provider to mitigate supplier and logistical risks.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
• Strong logical, results‑driven approach to tasks.
• Effective problem‑solving and solution development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for teamwork.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including macros and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of SAP Planning & Logistics (preferred).
