About the role
Join a well‑established manufacturer in South East England as a Production Section Leader. You will own a production section, lead a team on rotating 6am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm shifts, and contribute to continuous improvement in a growing business.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day production activities within your section.
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of operators.
- Monitor performance, quality and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
- Ensure shift schedules and targets are met.
Required profile
- Proven experience in production leadership (e.g., Production Supervisor or Team Leader).
- Hands‑on, proactive attitude.
- Desire for long‑term progression within a manufacturing environment.
