Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Reading. You will ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production area, allocate work and monitor performance.
• Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Logistics and Operations to identify process improvements.
• Resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, train and manage team performance, ensuring effective shift handovers.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, quality standards and production processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
