Production Supervisor

About the role

Our client, a growing Aerospace & Defence manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to take ownership of a dedicated production line. You will ensure schedules are met, standards maintained, and teams supported to deliver excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain production plans and schedules in line with customer demand.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate priorities, risks and progress.
• Line‑manage a small team of production technicians.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Project Management teams.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to address disruptions or changing priorities.
• Identify delivery risks and implement corrective actions, including NCR processing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in production planning, control or a supervisory position.
• Experience supervising or leading small teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proven problem‑solving ability in fast‑paced, regulated environments.
