Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead frontline teams across production, packing and warehouse operations for a well‑known FMCG food manufacturer. You will ensure that products are produced to the highest quality standards while driving efficiency and minimizing waste.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing, packing and warehouse activities on a day‑and‑night shift pattern.
• Maintain product quality, safety and compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimise processes.
• Manage and develop supervisory staff, ensuring effective team performance.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Understanding of food safety requirements.
• Ability to work across shift patterns, including weekends.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
