Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day workshop activities, ensuring that all incoming devices are repaired and refurbished to high quality standards and within agreed service level agreements. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and act as the primary technical liaison for internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee workshop operations, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality repairs of all devices.
• Plan and manage repair workflows, resource allocation, and parts logistics to meet SLA targets.
• Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and support technicians in developing solutions.
• Implement best practices for diagnostics, repairs, testing, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (Tesseract, SMART, Odoo) and generate reports for operational planning.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of technicians, handling performance management and training.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers on technical and planning matters.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a technical production environment.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
