Production Technician – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking Production Technicians to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Worthing. You will work in a regulated, sterile environment producing specialist allergy treatments, following strict GMP and SOP guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture batches to GMP standards in Grade A, B and C cleanrooms.
• Collate, set‑up and process vials within cleanroom areas.
• Complete batch documentation and logbooks in line with GMP requirements.
• Transfer batches between clean suites and perform stock checks to support continuous production.
• Clean and prepare work areas before and after manufacturing runs.
• Remove expired stock according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in a production or technical environment.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing full PPE.
• Excellent attention to detail and dexterity.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable adhering to processes, documentation and quality standards.
