Production & Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are seeking motivated Production & Warehouse Operators to join our Dumfries facility on full‑time shift patterns. The role can be either temporary or permanent and reports to the Shift Coordinators and Production Manager, supporting the manufacturing and warehousing of fluid‑power components.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment and processes in line with Standard Working Practices and Manufacturing Operating Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout and at the end of each shift.
• Accurately record hourly production data and update production logs.
• Report hazardous conditions, equipment issues or near‑miss incidents promptly.
• Contribute to meeting daily quality and productivity targets as part of a team.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or shift work is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong manual dexterity and good numeracy skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on safety and cleanliness.
