About the role
Join a growing team in Brislington as a Production & Yard Operative. You will be responsible for safely moving gas canisters and supporting production tasks while operating a counter‑balance forklift. The role offers full‑time, rotating day shifts with excellent pay progression.
Key responsibilities
- Safely move gas canisters around the yard and production areas.
- Operate a counter‑balance forklift (training provided).
- Support team members with various production tasks.
- Manually handle heavy equipment and materials.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an industrial, production, or yard environment.
- Comfortable with physically demanding, manual‑handling work.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and safety‑first mindset.
- Flexibility to work rotating early/late shifts.
