Production/Assembly Technician

About the role

Our client in Harlow is seeking a Production/Assembly Technician for a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm position. The role involves assembling components to precise specifications and supporting the wider manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and assemble production components according to technical specifications.
• Perform detailed assembly tasks such as gluing and sticking small parts with high precision.
• Follow technical instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Support warehouse operations when required.
• Assist with the setup, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production, assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Physically fit, able to stand for the duration of a shift and handle occasional heavy lifting.
• Team‑player with a proactive and reliable attitude.

Required skills

• Assembly of mechanical components.
• Operation of production equipment.
