About the role
Join a market‑leading Professional Negligence team in Bristol, ranked Band 1 for its work on complex construction and engineering disputes. You will work on high‑value, high‑profile matters, supporting insurers, brokers and international engineering firms.
Key responsibilities
- Defend professional negligence claims against contractors and construction professionals.
- Advise leading insurers, brokers and international construction and engineering firms.
- Support insurance‑related disputes and policy coverage matters.
- Collaborate closely with ranked partners on high‑value cases.
- Build strong client relationships and develop your own market profile.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1–4 years PQE.
- Strong background in construction and engineering disputes.
- Experience in professional negligence and insurance or policy coverage matters.
