About the role

Join the London‑based Professional Services team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, delivering end‑to‑end onboarding implementations for clients across EMEA. You will act as a trusted advisor, configuring the RiskNarrative Digital Onboarding & Financial Crime platform and guiding customers through API integration and development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke onboarding solutions on the RiskNarrative platform for new business customers.
• Configure the platform, provide training, and offer strategic insight to shape customers’ financial‑crime approaches.
• Collaborate with Client Directors and stakeholder teams to gather and translate requirements.
• Support customers throughout the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timelines are met.
• Document configuration details and liaise with internal and external technical teams.

Required profile

• Experience implementing and configuring bespoke SaaS products for enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of financial‑crime domains such as AML, KYC, fraud detection, or credit risk.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients.
• Proven teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
