Professor and School Education Director – Business School

About the role

The Business School seeks a Professor and School Education Director to shape the future of its undergraduate and MSc programmes. Reporting directly to the Dean, you will lead the educational portfolio for a three‑year term, renewable once, while holding a permanent Chair in any business discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of all teaching programmes, both on‑campus and online.
• Drive the integration of AI and innovative assessment methods across curricula.
• Lead interdisciplinary and transnational initiatives, including the Mumbai Enterprise Campus.
• Manage a large teaching staff, balancing strategic ambition with day‑to‑day operational detail.
• Ensure a high‑quality student experience in every classroom, whether physical or virtual.

Required profile

• Established academic with a strong record of pedagogical publishing.
• Experience in senior education leadership (e.g., Associate Dean Education) or readiness for a first major leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to hold both big‑picture vision and detailed execution.
• Commitment to inclusive, student‑centred teaching.
