About the role
Join a leading global insurance and risk management organisation that values diversity, flexibility and professional growth. As a Profin Premium Processing Technician you will be the primary point of contact for your line of business, handling urgent requests and ensuring service levels are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage urgent premium requests and escalations, overseeing workflow to meet SLA commitments.
- Liaise closely with broking teams and credit control to ensure smooth processing.
- Review ledgers, resolve legacy issues and monitor income against forecast targets.
- Support audits, insurer escalations and drive improvements in slip production.
- Provide exceptional service to complex or high‑value clients.
Required profile
- Previous experience in premium processing, preferably using Profin.
- Strong stakeholder influencing, highly organised and resilient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
