Programme Coordinator – National Respiratory Audit (0.5 FTE)

About the role
The Royal College of Physicians is seeking a part‑time Programme Coordinator to support the National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP). Working closely with the project management team, you will help deliver the adult and paediatric asthma audit workstreams, the healthcare improvement education programme, and ensure smooth operation of meetings, communications and finance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and take minutes for NRAP meetings and events.
- Coordinate communications, promote service participation, run support sessions and produce a quarterly newsletter.
- Maintain the contact database and manage correspondence with under‑performing sites.
- Assist analysts and the web‑tool developer with data checking and cleaning.
- Support the production of audit materials, proof‑read reports and liaise with design and communications teams.
- Independently manage sub‑projects as directed by the project management team.
Required profile
- Experience coordinating complex programmes with multiple external stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time‑management and task‑prioritisation abilities.

- Fixed‑term contract until 31 May 2028 (with possible extension).
