Programme Director – Construction/Property

About the role

This is a senior, three‑year fixed‑term opportunity to lead one of the UK’s largest property remediation programmes. You will be based in Manchester with hybrid working available, overseeing a nationwide portfolio of around 400 commercial and mixed‑use assets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a complex, multi‑year remediation programme across approximately 400 sites.
• Act as the senior client representative, managing strategic relationships and programme governance.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams including project managers, building surveyors, quantity surveyors, engineers and other technical specialists.
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets and risk, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading large‑scale construction or property programmes.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at executive and board level.
• Strong commercial acumen and governance expertise.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
