Programme Leader / Course Director – Creative Foundation

About the role

The London College of Contemporary Arts is seeking an inspiring Programme Leader and Course Director for its Creative Foundation programmes (Level 3). Reporting to the Dean of Foundation School, you will shape curriculum and student experience across Graphic Design, Fashion Design and Games Art & Design, ensuring an inclusive, industry‑relevant pathway into higher education.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Creative Foundation curriculum across Graphic Design, Fashion Design and Games Art & Design pathways.
• Drive excellence in teaching, assessment, quality assurance and student outcomes, producing annual monitoring reports.
• Manage and support Subject Leads and Lecturers, fostering a collaborative academic culture.
• Monitor student progression, engagement and attainment, providing academic guidance and pastoral support.
• Maintain strong links with creative industry partners and embed current practice into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Passionate educator with strong creative industry knowledge.
• Proven academic leadership experience in higher education.
• Relevant undergraduate degree (or higher) in a creative discipline.
• Commitment to inclusive, student‑centred learning and success.
