Programme Management Specialist – Engineering & Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Programme Management Specialist to coordinate and oversee engineering and manufacturing programmes for a global aviation client. Based in Burgess Hill, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of engineering and manufacturing programmes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor risks, implement mitigation strategies and report progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme or project management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality results within deadlines.

Required skills

• Project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Agile).
