Programme Manager – Digital, Data & AI

About the role

As a Programme Manager within the Commercial team at Health Innovation KSS, you will oversee a portfolio of fee‑based digital, data and AI programmes that support NHS providers across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. You will work closely with the Director for Digital, Data & AI to shape and deliver innovative solutions that improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational management for multiple digital, data and AI programmes.
• Support the Director in scoping and securing fee‑based work with NHS partners.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including associates, to deliver programme objectives.
• Facilitate the spread and adoption of DDAI innovations into routine practice.
• Contribute to the income‑generation pipeline by assisting with bids and grant applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex programmes, preferably in the health or digital sector.
• Ability to work remotely while attending meetings within the Kent, Surrey, Sussex geography.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with NHS providers and commercial partners.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

• Competitive salary range £55,000‑£60,000 per annum.
• Full‑time permanent contract (37.5 hours per week).
