Programme Manager – Health Innovation (Hybrid)

About the role

The Programme Manager will join the Health Innovation team at KSS AHSN, leading a portfolio of health‑innovation programmes. The role is primarily remote but requires attendance at meetings across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a portfolio of health‑innovation programmes, working with the programme and project resource team.
• Manage programmes that may involve senior leadership such as Head of Portfolio or Associate Director.
• Organise and deliver collaborative learning events together with Clinical Leads.
• Support innovation‑focused colleagues in providing tailored support packages to industry partners.
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders to advance programme objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading and managing programmes, preferably within the health sector.
• Ability to work remotely while attending occasional in‑person meetings in the Kent, Surrey, Sussex region.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
