Programme Manager – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation for a large, complex organisation. The role will be based in Paddington, working on a hybrid schedule with three days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme from design through to production.
• Manage third‑party delivery partners and internal delivery teams.
• Design and implement Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Oversee integrations with HR systems, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra and security platforms.
• Support application onboarding and access‑governance activities.
• Maintain programme plans, risk registers and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale technology programmes, preferably in IGA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Relevant project management qualifications (Prince2, PMP, MSP) are preferred.
