About the role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver programmes for a manufacturing business in Birmingham. The role involves planning, executing and ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver programmes, maintaining schedule, scope and budget.
- Develop and manage programme schedules, budgets and cost controls.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep programmes on track.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain and quality teams to achieve milestones and integrate outcomes into manufacturing operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular progress updates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar programme manager role.
- Background in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD) is highly desirable.
