Programme Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead a large‑scale, end‑to‑end review of its workplace booking service. The programme will assess current processes, technology tools, user journeys, governance and operating models to identify opportunities for a simpler, more consistent and effective booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and definition phase of the workplace booking service review, coordinating multiple workstreams and gathering evidence.
• Develop and secure agreement for core programme documentation, including charter, scope, stakeholder map, current‑state assessment and business case.
• Provide end‑to‑end leadership across discovery, target‑state design, roadmap development and mobilisation, ensuring clear outcomes, milestones and accountabilities.
• Define simplified, standardised, user‑centred processes to improve availability, utilisation, colleague experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise‑wide transformation programmes in large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong programme planning, governance, financial management, benefits management and dependency management capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, multiple workstreams and third‑party suppliers.
