Programme Officer – Student Services (Temporary)

About the role
This temporary, full‑time position supports the delivery of a higher‑education programme in central London. You will work in a fast‑paced student services team, helping students and colleagues while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a busy inbox and respond promptly to student enquiries both online and in person.
- Prepare registers, daily reception lists and student documentation to support programme delivery.
- Allocate teaching rooms and maintain accurate programme records.
- Process student changes such as class transfers, withdrawals and timetable amendments.
- Arrange student level assessments and support enrolment processes.
- Provide reception cover while delivering excellent customer service and handling a range of administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or programme support role.
- Strong customer‑service skills, confident when supporting people face‑to‑face and online.
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with student information systems (any)
- Familiarity with virtual learning platforms

- £19.21 per hour plus holiday pay.
