Programme Support Adviser – Part‑time Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Programme Support Adviser is the first point of contact for participants referred to the Restart scheme. You will help jobseekers understand the programme, gather essential information and guide them towards sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact jobseekers to explain the scheme and collect required details.
• Book one‑to‑one meetings with Employment Advisers.
• Engage with Job Centre work coaches and support the referral process.
• Respond to expressions of interest and manage incoming enquiries.
• Check in with participants after they start work to provide advice and support.
• Deliver a high‑quality, engaging experience for all participants.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing environment such as customer service, hospitality or social care.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work flexibly on a part‑time, fixed‑term basis.
